Question

AOC Monitor HDMI no signal

Oct 21, 2015 4:55PM PDT

Hello,
I recently purchased a new Eclipse SuperNova i5r285OC and a AOC - i2369Vm Full HD 23" IPS LED Monitor. I know the Monitor is working fine, I tested the HDMI with laptop but when I connected it (with either HDMI 1 or 2, or the VGA ) to the new desktop the monitor has a 'no signal' then goes into standby mode. Is the issue compatibility with Windows 10 ? Does anyone have an advice as to what I can do?
thanks
Joe

That PC may have more than 1 HDMI or VGA ports.

As to 10, I haven't seen this be an issue. However some folk connect to the motherboard video which gets disabled when we have a video card installed.

That's great news. If it wasn't that, well, it gets much harder. Cool
