Question

Anyway In wifi settings to make 1 device have more "power"?

Mar 18, 2018 7:45PM PDT

I'm looking to find a way to make a device on my wifi more faster and efficent than the others even if that means slowing down the others.

This is going to be a "punishment" for my kids if there is a way

Answer
Power does not mean speed gain or loss.

Many routers have controls but without the full make and model but better yet the manual to your router I can't tell you which may work.

On my router I could limit the internet speed per connection. Does yours do that?

You can then create specific times for the kid's access, plus lots of other things. Check your router settings and only give yourself access to them.

Hope this helps.
