i have A Dell dimension 8300 With the Genuine CD Upgrade to Vista (my Dell works smootly With Vista i did a humungous upgreade to get vista running on that Dell) okay here go,

if you peeps have problems with your Linsys WUSB54G V4 and vista and getting the blue screen of death? i got the souloution. first Linksys supplies the Vista driver on their Website to download and extract and install (www.linksys.com), and you got that driver installed and you are experencing the blue screen and death? first go to the linksys website and download the XP driver for that linksys, and extract the driver files and locate this field "C:/Linksys Driver/WUSB54Gv4_20051110/Drivers/WUSB54G v4/rt2500usb.sys" (You will need to remember this path later prior to installing the driver), next Go into your Device manager (click the Windows Logo AKA Start button and type on the earch "Device manager" and either click the device manager or hit enter) and click the Network Adapeters tab and double click the Linksys hardware and click driver and click update driver and "click browse my computer for driver software" and beiter type tat path i told you eariler and/or browse to that path and click next and the driver should install, if the driver is sucessuly installed CONGRADULATIONS YOU ARE NOW RELIEFED FOR THE BLUE SCREEEN OF DEATH
