Clearly, you need to connect with another SDrive user who can copy those photos and send them or post them online for you to download. Go to the link below. Move your mouse pointer over the word "SUPPORT" near the top top right side of the page. A submenu appears. Click on one of the submenu choices such as Facebook, for example. This should lead to a Seagate page where you may be able to connect with other SDrive users. Good luck!
So a friend bought a new Seagate HDD and set up Sdrive so that he could share some files with me. All fine so far.
When you set this up there is a Public folder which we can both see and in there were three subfolders entitled Music, Photos and Videos. In these were a variety of files put there by Seagate as examples. In experimenting I have managed to delete five of the photo pictures that were in there and they don't seem to be able to be recovered. I realise it's not a massive thing, but it would really get me back in someone's good books (which I really want to do) if I could somehow get those photos again (01 Sample.jpg - 05 Sample.jpg if anyone know's what I'm talking about).
I'm guessing that anyone who has set up Sdrive on a Seagate HDD should see these same files (certainly a look on google images has shown some screenshots with them in) so what I'm wondering is if anyone has these photos and could send them to me please. It would be helping me to make a friend very happy.
I've tried asking Seagate on twitter, but with said friend following me on there I don't want to give away what I'm trying to do...
Thanks in advance.
