Question

Anyone using a free VPN ?

I'm using a free VPN for a while now and I'm super comfortable with it but I keep on seeing posts saying free VPN applications are not trustworthy.

I'm just wondering, who among you guys just ignore those things and keep on using free vpn? Any advice or information a VPN user should know is also welcome because I'm new to this kind of things.

Thank you Happy

Which VPN are you using?

Answer
Depends

In reply to: Anyone using a free VPN ?

Depends on what is needed. If I need to bypass geo-blocks I use free proxies, but the speeds are sometimes unbearable. If I'm doing money transactions and crypto I use Surfshark, a paid VPN. TBH I was always interested where do free VPNs get their profit from? Is it ad targeting?
