When will it be officially released?
Why not Win9?

1. Not yet disclosed. Maybe not even decided yet.
2. Only the Microsoft Marketing department can tell. Did you ask them already?

What the heck? This is a Personal Computer and this idea that what is going to be allowed throws us back decades to the bad old days where you used a terminal.

Time to forget all this, and get some new leadership?

Its scheduled to be released

near the Holidays. It's not WIN 9 because it's not a major release with major architecture changes. It more like a service pack change. I'm sure that MS has already began working on Win 9 at least in the planning stage but this release doesn't meet the criteria of being a major release.
