Most of the "Lu" badged stuff is Symantec Live Update.

You are PROBABLY correct in thinking so.

I dumped them just after the new year so I can't test it, but have you tried a manual update and seen if ZoneAlarm goes off?

Yeah, it was Live Update

Don't know why the Zone Alarm popups for it never happened before, or that I never noticed them before if they did. I suppose the popup may have been under a diff name. I've had NAV 05 for over a year now, but i guess any updates LU goes through can do that.

Tried running LU and NAV found more updates for LU, definitions, and other stuff.

Thanks for the prompt replies

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
