anyone know anything about the error message rundll32

I downloaded an arcade game the other day and my computer started messing up and when i went to go and delete it when i tried to open the control panel it gave me the message rundll32 has caused an error and will now shut down if anyone can help me fix this it will be greatly appreciated

It would sure help if you told us more about your computer.. For exampel...the Operating system, etc. and the arcade game you downloaded and from where you downloaded it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
