My camera criteria is; light weight, TV broadcast quality, low lux lighting. Is this my camera or should I be looking elsewhere. Weight is a big factor as it will be flown on a ROV.

You really need to look at the specs. It's a problem of what you call "broadcast quality" and "low lux". Its a safe bet that any under 1K camera will not do that.

For our blimp camera we used the X10 wireless camera and battery. Worked fine. To cut costs, we used a cast off VCR on the ground with some 110V from the 12V convertor.
Hope it helps.
