Anyone have a Phillips HDD 6330?

Dec 5, 2005 9:40AM PST

Does anyone have and a Phillips HDD 6330 and can you confirm that it does, in fact, work with the Napster to go service? Ive tried to contact Phillips about this, and they were no help, Best buy states that it is, but napster doesnt list it on thier site. I contacted napster and they said just look at thier supported devices list(they say Napster to go supports over 75 devices when their site only lists less then 40) so if anyone can say they do use Napster to go with the phillips hdd 6330, please speak up! thanks!

I have it and love it! I use napster to go with no problems...had the sucker loaded up with tons of albums the first night! Finally a player that has all the good looks of the ipod and all the superior functionality that WMP offers such as subcription services.

I have the Hdd 6330

Yesterday I hooked it up to Napster. I had a little bit of a hard time because I had previously used my Toshiba gigabeat with Napster. After a bit of fiddling around, I found that you can use two different players with Napster to go and you can have it loaded on 3 seperate computers. However, they warn that it is best to use one player on the same machine all of the time.

In the future, I will use my HDD6330 on one computer and my Toshiba gigabeat on a different computer. But iit did work fine. I downloaded about 100 songs. Now I have to remember to hook it up to the computer each month to renew the subscription once a month...
