Anynet+ not connecting

by pit_ns / June 1, 2012 7:32 AM PDT

Hi,

I have problems with Anynet+. I have samsung blu ray d5700 and intel widi box plus my 2010 un6300 led TV. The one problem is that on my source list I see those deveices twice, under their names and under hdmi1 slot for example, I don't understand why. Next problem is when I connect to my device with Anynet+ and change source or turn off TV when I use different source I cannot re-connect to the device again. It says "Anynet+ device is not connected. Please check connection and retry" - when it is connected!. That is really frustrating. I always have to turn off completely device and then connect again. All devices have Anynet+ turned off and I tried the latest HDMI cables and that did not help.

Can somebody help me with that ?

pit_ns,

'm very sorry to hear that has happened, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In order for me to better help you, could you please provide for me the complete model code for this device?

I hope I can get this issue fixed for you!

TV - UN40C6300SF
BLU-RAY - BD-D5700
WIDI BOX - NETGEAR - PTV 2000

Since I have that problem with both devices I assume there is something wrong with TV software.

pit_ns,

So this is an unusual issue. Any chance you could post a video of the behavior?
