Anynet+ and ARC doesn't work anymore

Dec 2, 2012 10:35PM PST

I bought a month a go a Samsung tv EU40ES6100P and i connect it immediately to my Yamaha RX-V773. I try to connect the 2 devices through HDMI-CEC to listen tv audio on the amplifier. I followed the instructions on yamaha manual and i got it working... The audio was working well through the amplifier and when i turned off the tv the amplifier was turned off (as it should).
But after some hours with the tv off i loose the connection and i had to do it again. I tried 4/5 times but everytime there was this problem so i give up. But this week i read in a forum that this problem happens because of automatic update check, so i disabled the automatic update and i tried to connect the devices but now it didn't work anymore... I tried hundreds of times and enabled all the options but the tv still don't recognise the amplifier so i can't in any way use arc or hdmi-cec.
The only thing i do is to update samsung firmware from 1028 to 1030. How can i solve this without to have to add an external audio cable to connect the tv to amplifier?
