Anybody suffered Samsung multi room speaker rubbish

Mar 10, 2016 1:04PM PST

Having vowed never ever ever to buy any Samsung products after sooo many bad experiences got suckered into Samsung multi room wireless speakers on strength of recommendations and listening. Sound good, not brill. However, multi room app on Apple crashes continuously, locks phone. Play Internet radio, speakers drop out of signal after half hour. Connect wireless with your desktop app- ha! Impossible. Many URL broken address msgs led to facing a nightmare, 4 seperate department phone call to Samsung just to get told in barely recognisable English that Samsung amazing new multi room wireless speaker system doesn't support Win 10. Suggest I use Bluetooth, but had to point out to the muppet Samsung will only play through one speaker on that format. Please everybody give Samsung up, they are charlatans. They throw new tech at all saying it's amazing and never ever back it up with support in software. When they make enuff out of consumers they move to another format or tech. Look how they took the consumer to ge a fool with their camera system recently. Never, NEVER, ever please please support Samsung with your money.
