It's probably much too early to ask this question since it's brand new. It will be interesting if Sharp have come up with another significant step forward, or if this is just "sound and fury signifying nothing".

Why are you so fascinated by this particular advert? Is it Star Trek association as Ed suggests? If so, then you must get a thrill out of Priceline.
I don't think his voice was dubbed and he doesn't look or sound particularly florid to me.
Maybe "florid" refers to his overly enthused exclamation at the end?
it was just a bit out of sync and a bit on the baritone side which is uncommon for Asian men that I've heard speak.
In it George is talking about adding a Yellow input allowing better colour reproduction.
