I deleted a spam post which after nearly 7 years seemed a little late.
I've been thinking about a shift in workouts and Pilates sounds very promising. Equipment, if any, is small and portable, and there are a ton of videos out there. For home workout programs, videos really help me rather than following a list of exercises. I'm also thinking the movements might help with my back. I've been largely symptom free since my successful physical therapy for the ruptured disc, but have experienced a few flares during that time. It looks like many of the exercises are designed to strengthen muscles to improve posture and movement.
So, any Pilates people out there? What program do you use (this Winsor one sure sounds popular and Romana's). Also curious if anyone has ever done Denise Austin's which seems like a good place for a beginner to start (and I personally find her quite motivating).
