Any way to save for electronics from sites like bestbuy

Mar 4, 2015 2:44AM PST

Planning to buy Samung 65 inh LED TV. Getting good deals at Best Buy/Frys and Amazon. Unfortunately unlike other stores they don't offer any coupons. So is there is any other way to save money on those stores ? I know credit cards do give some points.

In the USA I use the usual ways.

I look at google's shopping links on same, amazon and such. There's really no magic here. There are coupon sites that spam like no tomorrow but you know that when you see such posts (sorry if moderators don't get them all.)

Best Buy has a price match policy at http://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/price-match-guarantee/pcmcat297300050000.c?id=pcmcat297300050000

For me the way to get a better price is to ignore gimmicks like Smart TV. I want the TV, I can add better smarts with other boxes. There's also the 4K parade today. Imagine this CNET article: http://www.cnet.com/news/budget-tv-resolution-rumble-720p-plasma-vs-4k-led-lcd/

CNET offers some price choices. Example.
