Question

Any tips on fixes?

I need to download my windows 7 64 bit pro onto a USB so I can reinstall because of computer issues (because I cant find my disc) when I do the product key verify it tells me i had it preinstalled but i know the other method through download tool but because of the current state of my PC i cant even access the download because my system cant run ANYTHING or at least when it runs it sits on the loading pages and pretty much takes forever and/or never loads anything and everything is unresponsive as I've tried just about everything the only solution I havent is a system reset but I obviously need my windows 7 to reinstall. So my question goes as followed: is there perhaps a way/is it possible to download my windows from a different computer onto a USB because I physically cannot access the internet on my PC to actually do this process on this computer.

Re: download Windows 7

You can make that USB or disc on any other Windows PC. Even on this one you would have to choose "for another PC"!
But surely you need a valid license key. If it's refused on this PC, it will be refused on other PC's also.

Now your options are:
1. Buy a new license key if you lost your old one.
2. Contact the customer service of the maker (Dell, HP or whoever preinstalled it) to buy a recovery disc.

If you had upgraded to Windows 10 you wouldn't have had this problem. But it seems you didn't.
