Resolved Question

Any tips for getting a signal on my 6420 led tv?

Mar 3, 2012 8:02AM PST

I set the source to tv and I am trying to get a signal through the air. I go through setup and my tv doesn't pick up any digital tv stations. I get the weak or no signal message. I do not have cable, so I was hoping to rely on the tv's digital antenna.

I didn't know this model had an antenna.

So far, without fail, all HDTVs that can use OTA has us installing a HD Antenna.

For best results, the Antenna goes out side.

I appreciate the tip. For some reason, I thought there was an antenna built into the tv. Duh! I plugged in my antenna cable to the back of the tv and I received 30+ channels. Thanks for your help.
