Any Software to "mark" or "favourite" certain minutes? :\

I'm not sure how to explain my idea, but I have some very long MP3s that I DO NOT want to cut into smaller files.
SO I need to emmmm ... "bookmark" certain parts of them, say minutes 25 and minutes 77 and minutes 156 and so one.

So, is there a software that would help me create something in my MP3 to pinpoint my favourite portions of MP3s?

Thanks Happy

That's a rather long discussion that we could cut short by asking "Does your player bookmark MP3s?"

In reply to: BOOKMARKING.

It does not. Is there any player that does so for MP3s?
If not, is there another format that has players that offer this feature?

The encoding for audiobooks is not available for mere mortals. So if you can't bookmark MP3s then the answer is no.

iPods can bookmark

But you have to set the properties for the individual files in iTunes. Certain files do get automatically set for bookmarks, such as podcasts downloaded through iTunes and of course, audible files.
