any software like proxy server?

i want some help
while using isa the admin can see the websites visited by the user.
i want to know that is there any software like isa with which i can see the websites visited in my own computer.
for example..if i m using the internet and i have opened a couple of websites then the software should show the websites in real time
is there any software that can do this job.
