ANY PROBLEM RUNNING HIGH CONTRAST AND BRIGHTNESS ON D.L.P

I have to run my contrast and brightness at about 90% to get a decent bright picture. on my new d.l.p. 72" Toshiba Also I run the lamp at low power, I undersatand that using high power will shorten the bulbs life span The reason I ask this is my old Sony 3 tube rear projector would go out of focus and bloom If I ran high brightness, Also if you folks see this set on display please post a review and let me know how you rate it have a nice day blabbermouth stewart

No, DLPs won't bloom, thats a CRT problem.

DLP are called light valves, so you are just opening the valve more. John
