Question

Any have a LG 50UH5500?

I am interested in purchasing this tv but cant seem to find alot of info on it. It seems to be a great tv for $500 at BB. Almost seems too cheap. I was told it was a "Special buy" from LG. It is not in their full year line of tvs. "When their gone, we will not get them back in."-BB. Just looking for more people that have experienced this tv.

I bought this tv and for the price it is a good deal , it is New not refurbished, and has HDR pro which is the standard for LG 4K tv's , the 4K content on Netflix is great and it does a good job of up scaling , I know that this tv is a low end one but it is good for the price , it is now 599 at my best buy so if you are waiting you will pay more .

Great TV for the price, but...

I bought one a fews days ago, and so far I love it! The image is as good as TVs twice the price, but it tends to deals very badly with sources that were originally shot in a different video standard (and converted in our standard, which in my case is NTSC/525), resulting in serious judder like artifacts.

Luckily most of the stuff I watch was not subject to a video conversion, but it's disappointing.

On the other hand, the image is so clean and crisp , especially since the latest firmware (04.30.82), that I can't complain!!
