Any good freeware/open source email clients for windows?

Heard some good things about Opera but i cant seem to find the email client without having to get the browser too.

I remember using Thunderbird way back and didnt care for it much. How is it now?

That Yahoo Zimbra client sucks. It's great when it works. Too bad the darn thing only works for a few hours then come the constant crashes.

Pop Peeper is cool too but i hate the fact that it's advertised as freeware then you need to pay for access to your sent folder.

I heard some things about this Chandler client but havent downloaded yet. Any of you use it?

In the meantime i'm gonna try Pegasus and see if i like it.
