Any advice on headphones?

Mar 18, 2009 1:15PM PDT

Hey everyone at CNET. I just wanted to ask for some advice on headphones!

I do alot of moving around and theyll get bumped around a bit. I like to listen to metal, and loudly, but im not a bass freak and i still listen to other stuff. Im used to using ear-buds, not in ear. The other day i tried a pair of in-ear ones and they seemed very bright and tiny-sounding, so i really don't know what to pick!

Anyone have any advice? Oh, and under $50 would be nice haha.

Earbuds, not headphones!!

They do look good. I should have changed the title though, I prefer earbuds to full headphones. I did put that in the post, but i can see why you didnt see it XD. Plus me and my friends simply refer to all of them as "headphones"

Anyone know any good earbuds? the headphones just seem a bit much for taking around school and stuff.

Beats by Dr. Dre

i have the dr dre's
they are really good
iv been through many headphones and these are by far the most kickass
they'v taken a beating or two and are fine and the quality is sensation
they are produced by monster which are pioneers in the industry and if u look at the specs they seem quite superior to others i looked at around the web and in music/audio stores
im very happy with them and really recommend getting good, reliable headphones that aren't gonna distort at high volumes - in fact i find real high quality lows and highs even when cranked
Happy
good luck shopping
don't stop rocking!
