At home and office I changed the lighting and positions so I have no need for such. Some folk do think what you see on Amazon work but I took the other approach.

I bought my first laptop, a Lenovo p500 and I love it. The only problem is it has a very glossy screen and it causes a lot of glare. This is causing me eye strain. Has anyone out there had experience with using anti-glare screen protectors? I've read different reviews and not sure if this will help my problem. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!
