Interesting SONY DCR-IP210E is a europen model so I asumme that is where you are. microMini takes a sepcial tape so you maybe limited. Any camera that has a firewire port can upload to a computer. John

I got no idea why you want to buy this one. It's incompatible with everything, image quality is worst, camera and tapes are expensive, and this model is BIG. I would understand if you want an ip7 for the size. But trust me i've bought a Sony IP5, even if i've read all review and everybody said microMV suck, i've bought it anyway and i've sold it one week later. MicroMV will not last, look at the DCR-PC55, i'ts miniDV, SMALLER, Docking station, 3" LCD, touch screen, touch focus, better image quality, intelligent shoe, smaller batteries and .. cheaper than a microMV. People who will tell you than micromv image quality are comparable with minidv, they just don't know what they are talking about, maybe in a sunny afternoon it's ok. But try it indoor with 40 lux and lower. Again, microMV will not last and u'll not be able to sell it in a year or 2 if you want a new cam. It's like selling a vhs camcorder nowday.
