that you used the PC without AV? If so, possible to have an infection. Have you scanned? More detals would help.

It's 360 total security.

I've already scanned it and says it's free of malware, but there was an sd card that I inserted on my computer and its old files were gone suddenly.

It's an OK AV

But if you use the Speed Up and have issues you find folk and the maker abandon you.

Depends

If the AV product was installed on an uninfected machine, then yes, pc is clean. If av product was installed on a heavily infected machine, it might not be clean even after scan was done. This is why you should download some bootable image of your AV and boot from it and then scan, or find a product that can scan and clean over network and do it from a clean device. Zillya offers a nice and free tool to create a bootable usb, and so does kaspersky and avast, to name a few free ones. However, keep in mind that modern viruses come with obfuscated code, and cannot be detected at least for some time by any AV product without using heuristics, and sometimes not even then. Cylance and Webroot use heuristics almost exclusively and are two most advanced products on the market currently for detection of malware. However, if you have a hacker issue, he doesn't even need malware. I find McAfee Internet Security good at dealing with pests of such kind.
