antivirus-live-pro

On the "advanced search page" in these forums I get a google sponsored ad for antivirus-live-pro.com. It seems kind of a wonder program, combining anti-all-you-can-imagine with registry cleaning and boosting system performance, although the testimonial page only contains the usual rubbish about the effects of registry cleaning.

Practically all I find about it with google are pages that contain sponsored links to their site.

Experts here, do you think it's safe to conclude that antivirus/antimalware etc this program can NOT be recommended?

To me, this casts some doubts on their claim, that it is "the most growing antivirus software worldwide with more than 10 million downloads in 80 countries".

Kees,

I had a look at the cache

It states: Copyright

The cache?

You mean View>Source? I found it there, indeed. But I see 2 identical links in your post.

Anyway, your advice is clear! But I fear it will be downloaded and paid for ($29.95 one-time for an eternal license) much more than you and I can hope for. Not everybody reads these forums (alas)!

Anyway, this thread should turn up if somebody decides to do a google search before downloading it. And maybe it helps.

Still, this is one of the examples of a google sponsored link on our pages that we really don't want. The link to a virus-containing version of winrar might be another. It's a pity.
