Antivirus 2008 and Trojan-Spy.Win32.aa

by mercuryrsng / August 19, 2008 5:26 AM PDT

I have read many posts in this forum but non of the answers seem to help for me. I had that Antivirus 2008 virus, which I removed with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as well as the Super Antispyware. It seemed to be gone but now I get this annoying fake Windows Security Alert that tells me that I am infected with the Trojan-Spy.Win32.AA and I get a second one that says the same thing, but Trojan-Spy.Win32.Greenscreen. I ran both of the previously explained programs in safe mode, as well as Lavasoft Adaware. I have run my antivirus program, Avast, in safe mode as well. I seem to be completely cleaned with the exception of these annoying popups, which seem to be keyloggers. Can anyone please help me?? This is horribly annoying and scary.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
