should work. "Can I delete all the infected "doc"??"files"??without crashing my computer??? " Does that mean you tried before and the computer crashed?

let your AV delete it?

You say the AV has moved it to the Quarantined Directory. Open up your AV prgram, look for the Quarantine area, highlight the file and delete it.

If your computer has been working fine with this file in Quarantine for a while now, there should be no problems deleting it from there.
