Anti-Virus Number 1

by RadarNav / March 21, 2009 6:46 AM PDT

Looks, and feels just like Total Security. Have contacted Microsoft Help Desk to try and get rid of this monster.
1. Installed without notification.
2. Pops up Microsoft Security Window every few minutes.
3. Will not uninstall.
4. places icons on lower right desk top tool bar.
5. Is a real pain in the mouse.

I also have this virus. I'm running Windows XP. I've run AVG anti-virus and Spybot. Nothing works. Hopefully someone has found a way to clean this virus.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
