anti-spyware & virus, trojan, worm bootable cd or usb

well i have bin looking for a bootable cd or usb drive that can detect and remove spyware, virus, trojans, worm and everytihng harmfull to ur computer. i found several cd's but perferally usb so that it's definition can be manually updated. by bootable i mean run everything it has to run in restore mode were if there's any infection i would not interfere.
