Answering Service Companies?

I am looking for information about using answering services when my company is closed. Any personal reviews or helpful info would be great. I have been looking into this for a few weeks and can't find too much out there about pro's and con's (other than what they post on their own websites). I have semi narrowed it down to a few companies, Answer Anytime and Answer Connect but was curious if anyone out there had another recommendation or just some helpful insight.
