Another worm disguised as a Microsoft patch

I don't know what kind of worm or virus I've been getting today ....

In the body it only says "The Document" or "My Picture" and there is a .PDF file attached. Up to now my ISP was very good at stopping all spam and viruses but this one came through several time just today. Maybe because of the .PDF format. The other day I got an email that appeared to have come from my ISP that said to open the attached file which was a form and to fill it out and return it or I would risk losing my account. I forwarded it my ISP and they confirmed that it was a virus and to just delete all email of this type.

These things are getting evil.
