I completed the factory restore but the problem with the synch is difficult to describe.
it seems to transfer about half of my library and then reports error number (-1303) and then it stops and none of the files remain transferred.
However, I switched to manual synch and just put on the three main albums I'm currently listening to and now they are on the ipod, playing as normal.
Any input?
Is that where you have to press the Sync button before anything will move from iTunes to the iPod?
If so, that's the way I do mine.
Don't like the auto sync thing.
