Another Scam?

Yesterday, I received an email from Luigi with an invoice attached. Having no idea who Luigi is I just deleted it. Then today, I received another one. The same thing except this time it was from Aurora.
It was sent from a mobile with a .it address, I assume that it is Italy.
Anybody else having the same experience?

"Your order has been cancelled" and then cites just about anyone from Amazon to Woot via eBay.
