to recall a completely unrelated incident and try to add that to the same evidence of abusive treatment. How many times did we see the boyish image of Trayvon Martin following other incidents with few similarities other than the color of the players. IMO, each incident is it's own...to be investigated separately and have decision made which are untainted by events of the past. How often do you hear of lawyers not wanting to have a client's entire history discussed in a courtroom but want the current charges to be judged separately and without prejudice? Whether or not the incidents were a few miles apart or 2000 miles separated should make no difference in how they are treated.
