Another Ipod question!!!

Jan 8, 2005 6:28AM PST

Is there a way to transfer files (music) directly from one Ipod to another without first transfering them to a computer? Since this entails the transfer of several hundred files a direct transfer would be a great time saver!
It involves an older Ipod and a newer one received as a present. Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks

copypod is for transfer of items to and from an Ipod to a computer. Have done a google search for something which allows transfer directly from one Ipod to another and have struck out. Thought someone might be able to give me an answer as to whether or not it can be done.
Thanks anyway..and it isnt "Alex" by any means!

We can copy from pc to pod and back, why isn't that good enough?

Very strange to limit yourself to just pod to pod since that is never going to happen without some CPU in the middle.
