'Another installer is currently running..'??

This message keeps coming up as I'm about to install Adobe Creative Cloud. I need it for work and I tried clearing as much of my softwares as I know how and I have no idea how to find this 'installer'.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated, I don't even know what to Google to find a solution!
