Need some more law like that in other areas where lawsuits have harmed quality of life, especially in situations where private land could be opened for public use except for worry over lawsuits if someone was injured while using or accessing such. Many private owned parks, playgrounds, fishing holes, even nature areas have been closed and posted due to fear of injury lawsuits from people too unwilling to assume their own risk while using such facilities.
