Another child porn scum released on "probation"

The bird was in the hand

but fled to the bushes

when given "shock probation" on the promise of cooperating to implicate others.

How gullible we continue to be. Now we have to try and round him up again. We need to melt down the keys to the cell when the door slams on these types. Sad

Amazing.

"Arresting a man on the same day he admitted to producing sexually explicit videos of children would have been "premature," Mount Sterling Police Chief Michael J. McCoy said yesterday."

So when would it have been 'not premature' to arrest him?

Ridiculous.

i thought "shock probation" was

a sort of "cuckoos nest" 10,000V once a week....

when in actual fact he got:
#Shock Probation - policy by which a judge orders a convicted offender to prison for a short time then suspends the remainder of the sentence in favor of probation#

and this was after "one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of attempted gross sexual imposition after he was accused of having sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl and an 8-year-old girl"

what does that say about the US penal/judicial system.....

Well, for molesting a 5 and 8 year old,

I'd certainly having given the guy a shock to his penal system that wouldn't be soon forgotten.
