KILLER NURSE ADMITS MURDERING 40 WITH OVERDOSES

New Jersey's own "Angel of Death" - a former hospital nurse who said he's killed to up to 40 patients since 1987 - was charged with murdering one of them yesterday.

Suspect Charles Cullen, looking exhausted and unshaven, made a brief, 10-minute appearance before a judge in Somerville to say simply, "I am going to plead guilty. I don't plan to fight this."

He added that he did not want a lawyer.

The discussion is saying there is a long road ahead. What to do about all those he claims to have killed who are already in the ground.
