The Angel Fire National Vietnam Veterans Memorial became a New Mexico state park in Nov. 2005. This is the first such state park in the nation dedicated only to Vietnam veterans. The state of New Mexico ultimately plans to invest $1.8 million in improving the site.
Founded by Victor Westphall (whose son was KIA in Vietnam) in 1971 and located in northern New Mexico's Moreno Valley, Angel Fire features a white chapel, a 6,000 sq. ft. visitors center and a memorial garden.

Beautiful place out there isn't it. I was hoping someone would link it up with a picture. Good site.
