Android Tracfone

Hello,
I have a Huwawei Glory H868C Android Tracfone cell phone. I payed $100.00 for it at walmart. It is very slow, and the internal space for apps is very limited. I switched to a flip phone because of it. The internal storage says 2gb, which seems like a lot. But, it says 2.33gb available, 355mb for apps only. What I am wondering is what can I do to get me more space for apps, and what I can do to speed the phone up.

And no. On such a small android you install at most 1 or 2 apps and that's it.

My son got a HTC Evo 4G for under 50 at Ting.com and is averaging about 19 bucks a month. I'd bail and find another phone.
