Question

‘Android One Smartphone launching soon with Lava Mobiles’

Jul 22, 2015 2:24AM PDT

So I’ve heard this new Android One smartphone has twist, it is a 2.0 version. I am really looking forward to this new LAVA phone. Android one being a good phone still needed some alterations, now that they have launched a revised version; I think all the alterations will be done now. I hate processor troubles in my smart phone, will most of them be solved with the android one 2.0 version?

Only the newest of the new would write that troubles are gone in any system today. They may be less subdued but gone? Android has some troubles so how would any Android phone escape that?

Android One Lava- Lets see

Firstly, if its android one, the software is taken care of. Secondly, Google would not partner with any manufacturer unless they have checked the hardware, so automatically the hardware is also taken care of. I think the post on Lava's FB page having #perfectmatch fits here perfectly.

Lava all set to unleash power along with Android One

I guess this where you my dear friend R.Proffitt and me differ! Are you trying to say that just because Android phones have some bugs they can never be fixed!!!
The association of Google to launch Lava‘s first Android One device, the Pixel V1 seems a good projection to me. Lava’s forte has always been good specs an affordable range but now with Google's stamp of power on the product customers have the added advantage.
If we see Lava’s initiative in rectifying then mistakes the biggest one according to me is inclusion of security patches! With this inclusion now the greatest threat to our privacy has been sorted. And, in case you have missed out on the steps, then let me provide you the steps to update your phone-
Steps:
• Look for GOTA update notification in the notification bar of your phone. There you can select the option of upgrading it now or later.
• Then go can follow these steps-Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Update > Select Download (You can simply reach this step directly via notification bar also) > Then Wait for package to download > Once download is complete click on Restart and click on Install option
• Your device will install the package and restart.
Things to keep in mind:
• Maintain a free space of 15 MB to store the update
• Get Wi-Fi
• Don’t forget to take a backup your personal data before starting the update.
