This looks like it is a snapshot. Then there can't be a factory reset between them.
1. Many folk never rename their devices so it can be 2 phones.
2. You get another MAC when you have 2.4 and 5GHz connections.
My bet is on item 1.
3. So if it's the same phone, the phone could have the randomized MAC feature turned on and the view you have holds old and new MAC address. NOTHING BROKEN HERE SO FAR.
