Android

Android phones have become a huge market. I am pretty sure that the total android market is up there with the sales in iPhones. Why is it that Apple is still the competitive leader, by far.

Possible reason

Don't forget that Apple had almost a three year head start before Android devices were readily available. I suspect that in time the trend will go toward the Android platform. Currently the only company who manufactures the iPhone is Apple and yet there are several manufacturers of Android devices.

Because my mom or dad can use the iPhone.
