When I see a cranky Android phone

I tell the owner to backup their data and then do the factory reset. DO NOT INSTALL ANY APPS.

Still bum? It's hardware.
Working? Good. Now install only what you need. Be brutal.

try deleting system cache

In reply to: Andriod mobile phond

oops, I pressed the wrong key on my previous post and it was submitted. sometimes deleting system cache will clear some problems.

Turn off the HTC One A9
Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons at the same time until the Android logo shows up and the phone vibrates
Then let go of the Power button and continue to hold the other buttons
Use the volume buttons to scroll down to highlight Wipe Cache Partition
Press the Power button
Scroll down to Yes and press the Power button
Scroll to Reboot System Now and press Power
Your HTC One A9 will reboot with a cleared system cache
