Personally I am coming to the conclusion that they have a point...

it is NOT the point they try to make but a good one none the less.

Every State should immediately agree to commute death row sentences to life imprisonment without possibility of parole IF the anti death penalty pushers guarantee up front to pay for the incarceration out of their own funds.

For those they claim to be innocent all States should be required to IMMEDIATELY release the prisoner from death row into the custody of the person/group representative claiming innocence with the provision that they MUST share their home with that person AND that should the prisoner commit ANY criminal act while in their custody they are as responsible as if they had done it themselves and the release would be vacated and sentence carried out IMMEDIATELY on both original inmate AND guarantor.

PS _ not only do I like long run on sentences but I really doubt many such sites would stay up for long.

Hi, J.

But if the death penalty is rarely used, and he commuted it -- where's the inconsistency?

Didn't mean to imply an inconsistency by Pres. Fox?? Mexico is absent from the

referenced site. And, it is NEWS to me that Mexico, after all the crap I've read about his anti-death penalty, Mexico still gives (military) death penalties.

Ok, so you like it that Fox gives Bush a scolding and boycotted his ranch. Happy Wink
