Ancestry.com Advanced Viewer

Please are there any experts out there who know anything about this viewer. I was using it on my computer(Win 9Cool to view the census images but now I can't access it. I've tried emptying the cache and reinstalling the viewer to no avail. I've been trying for 2 days now and am getting frustrated. It happened to me once before and using CCleaner to clear the cache fixed it, but not this time.
